  1. My Isagenix Story:

    Hi friends,
I wanted to follow-up on my email I sent to you back on October 27th. My final results of the Isagenix 30-Day Cleanse & Replenish were a drop of 8lbs and inches lost from my waist, upper arms, upper thighs, and across my butt. I am wearing EVERYTHING in my closet, and recently purchased a gorgeous animal print bikini! My energy level was very good, with very little exception, and my workouts were strong. Many of you who have been around me in the past few months have mentioned a noticeable difference in me....more defined, tighter, and better shape overall.

I am now in the maintenance program of my choice, and I continue to makes strides forward to my optimal physique. I am 1 example of the many women & men who are getting amazing results on the Isagenix 30-Day Cleanse & Replenish program. This program is, by far, the most effective and easy program I have been on. To get outstanding results the program requires your commitment and determination to improve from where you physically stand today. 30 Days to gain significant & noticeable results? YOU CAN DO THIS!

  2. Hi,
My name is Patty and I'm going to participate in the 30 day challenge...yes, in December! I'm a little nervous because there are so many events going on in Dec., but I'm very uncomfortable and I don't want to put it off any longer. I can't imagine waiting until Jan. just to start fresh. I want to feel good and get my confidence back. I'm motivated to win for the simple reason that "it's in print"! I need to follow through and I could actually win money!!! My strategy is to do some kind of exercise everyday (kettle bells & running) and plan my food every night for the following day.

  4. Hi, It's Coach Val of NJ Adventure Boot Camp. I am very excited to be part of the 30 day challenge and welcome the questions & comments from all participants. As I now approach the Isagenix 2 year anniversary this February of being introduced to this fantastic line of nutrition products I continue to see benefits and results. I have personally witnessed over 100 clients, campers, friends and family members who have achieved outstanding lasting results quickly and easily. Leaner, tighter bodies that have more energy than ever getting better sleep and decreasing inches. In my 16 years experience in fitness I have never tried anything better or seen anything work more effectively than Isagenix. You can't go wrong.

  5. Well, it's technically day 2 and I say technically, because my product did not actually arrive until earlier this afternoon. I just finished listening to my cd and taking notes and making sure I understand everything. Here are my questions.
    1. Fruit? Can I eat fruit in between as snacks? If so, what is optimal?
2.coffee? I hate to admit it but I am hooked. I LOVE my coffee - 3 cups a day to be exact. Can I start by weaning myself slowly or should I go cold turkey?
    3. Lunch - Can I continue to eat my good carbs along with my lean protein and veggies - DId not hear much mention of this on the cd, and although I want to follow as closely as possible I am concerned about not having my carbs with my lunch.
    4. Are the ISAGENIX snacks I received the same as the Isa delights and Isa wafers or are these something different?
I had my Ionic supreme and vitamin already and am looking forward to my first shake tonight.
Thanks all for your support and feedback! :-)

  6. HiMaribel,
Thanks for posting. I am excited to see what Isagenix can do for that already fantistacally fit body of yours.
    Here goes.
    1. Yes, pleaese have fruit between breakfast and lunch and then again between lunch and dinner. Of course the low sugar fruits (berries, apples, etc) are the best, but with your activity level you can afford any piece of fruit.
    2. I have never even tasted coffee so its not fair for me to say, but I would suggest you do what you can to get off it. Go slowly if you need to. Anthony quit in January this year and had headaches for about 3 -4 days. He was still drinking tea when he started Isagenix. He quit cold turkey and again had headaches for 3 -4 days. To that's even greater motivation to get off the stuff! Would a cup of green tea work for you?

    3. Have a carb with lunch. Lunch should be balances. Any whole carb should be fine- brown rice, quinoa, steal cut oats, stone ground grains, sweet potatoe. I ate a serving at lunch daily. Definitlyl get your serving of protein in too.

    4. The snacks you recieved as part of the 30 day plan are wafer type snacks. They are different than the isa delights - which are like a chocolate square. I hear the new green tea flavor is the way to go. They are dark choc and are good to take the edge off if you have a craving.

Enjoy the shake. They are delicous.

Oh and take all of your pics and measurements too!

    Keep the questions coming.

  7. Excellent! Thanks for the feedback Kelli. I took my pictures and measurements and there is definitely room for improvement. Had my first shake last night and liked it. I think I over mixed it however, because it grew quite a bit, so I'll be more careful with that this morning. The coffee will be my toughest to stop. I know this will sound nuts, but I've been drinking coffee since I was a little girl. I just love the taste... I'll work on this slowly I think. I will have one today (as in right now) and not have the other two. Will keep you all posted on how that goes. Happy Shake day all...

  8. Hi all, yesterday was a good day. I only had the 1/2 c of coffee and felt good all day. I did not experience my afternoon crash that usually occurs. I did not experience any hunger although did miss my pizza night (chicken and veggie of course). So far my biggest plus is that I do not feel bloated at all. I typically do not like shakes because they make me feel bloated and I also tend to get bloated on a regular basis anyway even with eating good foods. So this is definitely something I am keeping track of. I'm running a half marathon tomorrow. I'll be having pasta for lunch with salad today that I am making myself. It'll be interesting to see how I feel during the race after the morning shake.

  9. Hi Maribel,

I love all of your comments. I think its great that you don't feel bloated- and normally do.
How did your marathon go? Keep us posted on your progress.

  10. Hi Kelli and everyone,

My half marathon was great! I decided not to have the shake in the morning because I was not sure what to expect with the distance and intensity I was running. I had what I typically have on a race morning, which is a banana and some raw walnuts. I ran a PR and was so excited! I've been injured alot for the last couple of years and this was the best I have felt with this distance in some time. Today was a good day despite the fact that I ended up having lunch much later than expected due to clients. I'm feeling good. Tomorrow is my cleanse day, and I am not exactly sure what I am doing. WOuld really appreciate some information on that. How is everyone else doing on the challenge? Thanks...

  11. Congrats Maribel! That's fantatic that you felt that well. I was talking to Valerie today, who has been competing in various events for many years and since Isagenix she is stronger, leaner and even more competitive - at 47 years old.

So, the first cleanse day is tomorrow.

Still have the Ionic Supreme in the morning and then 4 ounces of the Cleanse for Life. I like to have it with 8 oz of water over ice. Anthony likes to do it as a shot!

Then you will do 4 ounces 3 more times throughout the day. . . for a total of 16 ounces -so 1/2 of the bottle.

Throughout the day you can have egg whites, almonds and raw veggies. You can also have the isagenix snacks and a powered energy drink that comes with the 30 day.

    No shakes on this day.

Then the next day after the deep cleanse day you go back to the shakes.

I don't know if you ordered the isadelights or not, but if you have those, you could have them on a cleanse day to get you through. I have not had the green tea ones yet, but I hear they are the best.

Let me know how it goes.

  12. Good Morning all, Excellent! Thanks for the info Kelli and Happy Birthday To You. Hope it's outstanding!
I had my first 4oz of cleanse at 7am. I shook it, smelled it, shook it again and smelled it some more. Felt like a little kid wondering if I would like it or not. I decided to pull an Anthony and drink it straight. Not sure what I expected, but not bad at all. :-) The day is off to a great start! Tune in later for the days update... Patty how are you doing? Would love to hear your input as well as anyone else out there. Happy Day....

  13. Good Morning everyone... My cleanse day went well despite wanting to eat something in the afternoon I was not hungry. I am thrilled to report that I am down 3 1/2 lbs since starting the plan. I am also down several inches - Lost 3/4" on waist, 2" on belly button area, 1" on hips. This is pretty cool. Feeling good and pumped about this. Best of all, still no bloating and no energy slump in the afternoon. Like I mentioned before I always need coffe to keep me going by 2pm. All in all very satisfied with the program and looking forward to continuing. Thanks Kelli for your tips...

  14. WOW Maribel!!!! I am THRILLED for you! That's FANTASTIC news. Those changes must be DRAMATIC on your petite fit body. I can't wait to see the pics!!! Keep the up the fantastic momentum. You are already a walking billboard for what's possible with Isagenix!

  15. Thanks Kelli, I feel great! It was a good weekend. I ran 16 miles yesterday and then did a 1 hour circuit workout here at home today and felt very good both days. Typically after a 16 miler I just need to rest, however yesterday I had energy and even went to do some shopping afterward. This is terrific! I would love to see Anthony's before and after pix. Any chance of that?

  16. Woo Hoo! Let the world know!

Yes, I need to pin Ant down for some pics this weekend!!!He finished 90 days on Monday.

  18. Hi everyone, it's been a tough few days. It all began when I was invited out to dinner last wednesday. I had my shakes for breakfast and lunch on that day. I made the best choices possible, and did not overeat or drink, however probably due to lots of sodium of the food I could tell that I was bloated some the next morning. Still this would have been fine however I was also invited to a ladies luncheon on Thursday. This was not at all what I expected. Absolutely fabulous gourmet style food but all prepared in heavy creme, butter etc. No healthy options here at all. I ate moderately but it did not matter, still too much of a good thing so to speak, plus indulged in a couple glasses of wine. Well needless to say I spent all day Friday with a stomach ache. My usual bloated uncomfortable feeling. Yuck! Certainly did not expect it to be as bad as it was, but it was a quick reminder to me of how I was feeling just 2 short weeks before. To think I had become so accustomed to that awful feeling. I have done well this weekend, and am feeling good again, although unfortunately struggling with more cravings than I was initially. The peppermint bark arrived from William Sanoma and my good husband is on vacation for the remainder of the year. He's great about supporting me, but vacation is vacation. Still I am pressing on and looking forward to finishing strong. Workouts are great! Energy level is great! Ran a 10k yesterday and ran stronger than I expected so overall am thrilled with this. Shannon, I would love to hear how you are doing. I love competition, but I also love hearing and knowing that others are participating too. It makes it so much more motivating. Patty are you still doing it? Thanks Kelli...

  19. Hi Everyone!
My name is Kristen and I am one of Shannon's bootcampers participating in the 30 day challenge. I know I am a little late to blogging... I was having some computer issues.... But better late than never..... Right?!?!?!
I am totally hooked on IIsagenix! I love the shakes and have found the program easy to follow considering the time of year. But I am determined to lose weight and nothing motivates me more than a competition!
So far I have lost 15.5 lbs!!! I feel amazing.
I have to thank Shannon for introducing me to this... It's a great experience!

  20. Hi Kristen,

  21. Hi all,
I'm having a great day. Still loving my ISAGENIX and still seeing progress. So excited to share with everyone I know. :-) Happy Holidays...

  22. Thanks Maribel!
I am a little nervous about staying on track over the next few days... Trying to map out an eating plan for myself. I keep telling myself it's only food and you don't have to eat all the bad stuff just because it's a holiday! What's everyone elses plan?

    ReplyDelete
  23. Hi Kristen,
How's it going? How did the last few days go? I'll be honest, it was tougher than I expected. I had 3 big nights in a row. I don't know about you, but my stomach was not happy at all with all the extra food. I tried not to overdo it, but probably since my stomach has shrunk and it was so happy being clean and cleansed it has really rebelled against me the last several days. Oh well, just makes eating clean that much more appealing. Love feeling good. Hey whatever happened the last few days, I encourage you to get right back on track. Your body will thank you and you will feel great, as well as continue to see progress. I look forward to hearing how you are doing Kristen. :-)

  24. Hi Maribel!
Glad to hear you are getting back on track! I feel like I did pretty good the last few days, but I agree.... They were much harder than I expected. I did indulge a little bit, but tried to keep it reasonable.... But my stomach noticed the change too!!! I can now see how people say they don't crave or want bad food after eating healthy for awhile. I am looking forward to getting back on track this week though. We are getting 2 feet of snow tonight, so at at least I will start my week with a good shoveling workout!

  25. Hi All,
Much harder to get back on track today than I thought it would be......
Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day!

  26. Hi Everyone,
This has been such a busy month...more going on than expected. I have tried my best considering that it's December and I've never made such an effort during this time. I've really tried to eat right along with isagenix, where as before I would skip meals because I had a function to go to. I think I'm down 6 lbs...not sure of my measurements. I'm happy so far because if I didn't do this I'm sure I would be up 6 or more pounds this month! This has been a great start for me to continue on into january!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Hi Patty,
Congratulations on making your best efforts. I just got back from 9 days with an italian family in NY & NJ. Take about an abundance of food - and not good for you food! There were were things I would normally NEVER go near, but when they are fresh out of the oven and are only made 1 time a year, its hard to turn down. 2 hour workout sessions were my saving grace, but the good news is that Isagenix kept you on track better than it would without it AND, you can get back to the program the very next meal!

LOSING 6 pounds over Christmas is extraordinary! Most people gain 6 pounds!!

Keep us posted on the final results!

  29. Hi everyone...
Patty and Kristen! You both did awesome! I can completely relate to the holidays and all the delicious treats that come with that. Kelli, I know what you mean about yummy fresh goods we would not normally have. I indulged more that I had hoped, but still I am way ahead of the game from when I started on Dec 1st. Never have I ended a year without a few etra pounds. This is a first and I like it! :-)I have several of my campers and friends doing the isagenix challenge starting next week, and I will continue to follow along with them especially on the cleanse days to help them feel connected at all times. I will also be blogging about it with them. Anyone who wants to jump on my blog, you are welcome. The more the merrier! Shannon, great to hear from you today. Hope your grandma is better. Kristen is fortunate to have you guiding her. Patty and Kristen once again, great work! Yep measurements and pix are next ladies. We all need to do this. It will keep us motivated too! So proud and so happy to hear of your continued success... Be safe tonight if you are heading out. Happy New Year!

  31. Hi Everyone,
It's official...I lost 6 lbs and 8 inches during December! I told Valerie that I wanted the best of both worlds...lose weight & still be able to participate/indulge a little during holiday events...and it worked! Participating in the challenge made me accountable so I never gave up. I'm happy with the results because I have never lost weight during Dec. & I am positive I would have gained if I didn't do this. Looking forward to continuing/focusing more in Jan.!

  32. Congratualtions Patty! That's fantastic - especially during a month when most people gain 6 pounds! Way to go. Do you have any pics to share?

  33. HI Everyone!

I am so excited, I lost 18 lbs during the 30 day challenge! I cannot believe I was able to do it during the holidays..... I am so proud of myself!!! :) I went shopping this weekend and bought new pants - one size smaller!! WOOHOO!

I have so much more energy and I feel like I am pushing myself even more in my bootcamp classes. I ordered another 30 day Isagenix program for this month! I have a long way to go to my goal, but I feel like this gave me a great start and the confidence to know that I can do it.

Thank you so much for starting this blog because it was nice to check in with others and see how other people were doing. Also - HUGE thank you to Shannon for introducing me to Isagenix and always pushing me to do better at bootcamp!!

    Thanks everyone!!
